The Retail Email Blog monitors the email marketing campaigns of more than 100 top online retailers. Here are highlights from my inbox this morning:

OfficeMax, 9/30 — Think Pink - Support Breast Cancer Awareness Month
Looking to get a jump on all the Breast Cancer Awareness Month-themed emails that went out today, OfficeMax sent this “Think Pink” email yesterday, pledging to donate a portion of sales to City of Hope. It’s worth noting that a portion of this fundraising effort runs through Dec. 26. This is similar to what Ann Taylor did last year when they linked their Ann Cares breast cancer campaign to the Christmas season. TigerDirect’s “Pink Friday” campaign also linked Breast Cancer Awareness Month and the holiday season.
