Retail email marketing statistics and benchmarks from the past month:

Stat: 35% of survey respondents said they find out about gift giving ideas from emails and newsletters from retailers and web sites. However, two-thirds of the respondents said they’d do the bulk of their shopping in-store. Source: Prospectiv’s annual Holiday Retail Survey

Isnt "Certified Email" something like www.rewpost.com which provides legal character?

I would call Goodmail.com a trustee service but not a certifed email service.
